    Have you used Mikogo for web conferencing? It's completely free, very easy, available on both PC and Mac, and secure.
    Mikogo includes an easy-to-use user interface so you can present your entire screen to your participants. And you're able to share any application on your screen.
    No cost and no jokes :-)
